Engraving
Pantograph, Laser, Computer, Sublimation
Laser Engraving:
The laser burns the surface off most things. This can be very shallow such as a painted finish or rather deep as with wood. There are limits to what can be done, the working area is 18x12.
The depth can up to 5-6 inches.
We've done odd items such as Denim, cork, vinyl, leather and very thin 2 ply plastic.
Pantograph Engraving:
This is as close as we can come to hand engraving. Things that are not flat or really odd shaped are done here. Trays w/handles or feet, bowls, goblets, and jewelry.
Some of the odder things we've done are, large wooden hammers, valve covers, dental & medical tools, and just about anything we can hold.
About the only thing we can't do is the inside of rings.
Computer Engraving:
Our production work horses are always going. Plaque plates, trophies plates, badges, signs, etc.
They are capable of routing, burnishing, diamond drag and rotary diamond engraving.
Sublimation:
This is a printing process used in conjunction with heat to transfer an image into metal, plastic, fabric and ceramic.
Full color is possible.
